Agreement: Access to and use of documents stored on the TCO KnowledgeTree Documents Server is limited to authorized registered users of the system. All access is logged and tracked in the system. Any unauthorized access or use of documents is specifically prohibited. Do not share your username/password with any other individuals inside or outside of your organization. If additional personnel within your organization require access please contact the TCO Compliance Officer.

Compliance Records Instructions
The Compliance Office (TCO) provides you with unprecedented access to our proprietary documents management system, KnowledgeTree. Each TCO client has their own HIPAA compliant document storage area on our server. You must request a separate username from the TCO Compliance Officer to access the site.
Once you are authorized access to the site you should take immediate action on the following items:
Change Your Password - The password issued by TCO is temporary. Upon your first login to the document storage area you should change your password to one of your choosing. To change you password follow the instructions below after logging in to the system:
To the right of your name (located beneath the Knowledge Tree Logo at the top right of the screen) is the link to Preferences.
Click on Preferences.
Verify the spelling of your name, your email address and make sure that the box beneath Email Notifications is checked. If there are any errors update the information and click on "Update your details."
Beneath "Update your details" click on Change Your Password.
Enter your new password twice and click on "Change your password."
Click on "Update your details."
You have now successfully changed your password. If you forget your password CLICK HERE to request your password be reset.
Subscribe To Folder - To be notified via email every time a document is filed in any of your compliance records folders follow the instructions below. If you do not wish to use this feature skip these steps.
If you are currently logged in to the system click on the Dashboard link. Otherwise log into the system then click on the Dashboard link.
Click on Browse Documents
Navigate to the folder to which you would like to subscribe
On left navigation bar click on Subscriptions, Manage Subscriptions, and "check" the box
You are now subscribed to your company folder and will receive an email notification each time a new document is filed. If at any time in the future you wish to unsubscribe follow these instructions until you see the "Manage Subscriptions" link. From there you can unsubscribe to any subscribed folders.
